Last month, a workshop to learn more about chatbots, and the many uses of it was held over here at iBosses Institute. AIChat conducted the workshop, which introduces chatbots as a new marketing tool, that would help alleviate the needs, and demands of the F&B industry.

A research from Forrester, Diane Deng expresses her doubts, and seeks to understand chatbots better through this workshop. She mentions that chatbots, are rather similar to the applications we have on our phones, thus she feels that chatbots “does not provide too much additional value compared to websites or app or even text messaging”.
