Zojirushi remains to be my favorite thermal coffee makers as this machine never fails to make the coffee that would satisfy my very strict coffee requirements.

I have used this coffee machine at the office and at home almost everyday and never once have I experienced a problem with this coffee machine.

I would say that this coffee machine gave me an excellent value for my money because it is much better compared to my past coffee machines used.

I think that I would forever be loyal to this brand as it provides my needs.
