Toddy Cold Brew

I personally think that a cold brew system like the Toddy Cold Brew could not be able to replace the regular commercial coffee machines.

Although I must say that brewing a coffee using a cold brew really brings out the best taste in coffee, but with regards to speed, a cold brew system wont do.

When you own a coffee shop, a commercial coffee machine is a necessity because it can make many types of coffee in a short span of time, unlike the cold brew system that would take a long time to brew.

I do agree with that point. It is not practical to have these cold brews at coffee shops as time is so crucial and it is not that easy to handle two brewers at a time. And I even doubt the practicality of such a brewer for personal use too.
