This Delonghi coffee maker is a complete waste of money

This is a one of the worst coffee machine created. I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and I was really disappointed.

Latissima series is suffering from a flaw with the milk-foam system. The first day or two foam comes out, but not nearly as much or as nice as in the Nespresso store.

Then after the third day the milk quantity goes down significantly and the spout begins to just sputter out milk.

My girlfriend and I went back to the Nespresso store twice to inquire what we were doing wrong; the store people unfortunately couldn't help us out.

I mean, they should train their people to accommodate costumers who has inquiries. This Delonghi coffee maker is a complete waste of money.
