I am a coffee enthusiasts and I like to do all my coffee from scratch.

First of all, I like to buy m y coffee from the best coffee farmers on our country to ensure that I get all fresh beans.

The next thing I like to do is to roast my coffee at home. Some of the available roasted coffee beans are not that good, so I have to roast them myself.

The good thing about roasting at home is that you get to customize the level of roast your coffee has, which can be a real plus if you are into different coffee taste quality.

My only problem with coffee roasting is that the smoke it emits fills my house, and in a matter of minutes, my house is covered with smoke.
