So far, since purchasing this coffee machine online, I think it works pretty well and I don't have any problems using it, but I personally can't see where it's worth the extra $100 compared to my older black & decker.

The design is simple and really good, and I don't have any problems with leaking carafes as I had on my previous coffee machines.

I also agree with one of the other posts that for this kind of price, I think a removable reservoir really should be part of the design.

Other than that, this machine is pretty good, compared to my old coffeeteam thermal that I have used for only a couple of months.
