I received a Senseo coffee pod system and had really enjoyed using it. I learned my system had been recalled, so I called customer service and it was confirmed that my system was not safe to use and I would be receiving a new one.
After waiting close to 3 months and still not receiving my replacement model, I contacted Senseo a second time.
I was basically told, "Oh, never mind, your system has not bee recalled and it's safe to use."
I was outraged! I was without my coffee maker for months because they couldn't get their act together and give proper information.
I'm still afraid to use my pod system since I don't really know if it truly is safe.
I explained my frustration to Senseo to which their response was, "Well, what do you expect us to do about this?" and they never did anything to try and rectify the situation.
I will NOT purchase any more senseo products and encourage everyone I know to not have any dealings this company after my horrible experience with their customer service department.
Senseo obviously does not care about customer satisfaction.
