No coffee maker ratings on this

They say people make better things in the old days, and I have to agree with it. I was going to write a great coffee maker ratings on this very old vacuum coffee maker, then I decided that all I need to do is probably how long we have kept it and how it is still working! Imagine this coffee maker is in our store room for close to a decade and last week when I tried it (after rigorous washing of course) it is still working perfectly!:) How is that for a review, I do not know if it is okay to use brands here, so would not be doing that...
