just buy a different mill and brew coffee maker

At first, this mill and brew coffee maker was working really well for me.

It is easy to use and it makes an average cup of coffee. Till one day, my carafe broke because of a slight bump in the kitchen sink.

I was not expecting it to be that fragile, compared to other carafes, this one easily breaks.

I called up their company for a replacement carafe, but the customer service guy told me that the replacement carafe is out of stock.

I have been calling for 3 month already and it is still out of stock and they dont have any idea when the stock will be replenished.

Buyers beware, just buy a different mill and brew coffee maker.
