Cuisinart DCG-20 Grind Central Coffee Grinder

I love the Cuisinart DCG-20 Grind Central Coffee Grinder.

I ordered this online from Amazon and when it was delivered to my place, I was instantly hooked with it because of its performance in grinding coffee beans.

I have 2 basis in choosing the perfect coffee grinder: They're the speed of burrs or blade rotation and capability to produce even sized coffee particles.

The faster mechanism is rotating the more frictional heat it will emit thus over-burn some coffee particles. Over-burnt particles create bitter, burnt taste.

The Cuisinart Coffee grinder passed these 2 criteria. That is why I get the best coffee every morning.
