I though Krups machine could offer great quality machine, but I was wrong

This is a very terrible machine and I hope I have not purchased this. This is a total waste of money.

And upon using this, all the coffee just spilled out on the floor while I was pouring this.

Krups was not at all helpful or even interested in correcting the problem when I contacted them to complain.

Very disappointing, especially since I have several other Krups small kitchen appliances. I though Krups machine could offer great quality machine, but I was wrong.
