I love sour coffee!

Do you believe that taste changes because of perception and experience? Let me asked you this question -would you like to drink sour coffee? I guess not, neither do I. But, in order to support my daughter's attempt in brewing coffee for her home economic class, firstly I have to go through many rounds of sour coffee and reaffirm that it is good effort while asking her to fine tune her skills. In the end she manages to brew pretty good coffee, I don't why, it is still sour, but it is acceptable. Either way, so long as it is coffee from my daughter, it is sweet to me...
