I just bought this espresso machine a week ago and I think this is a great coffee maker. The noise level of the grinder is average and not too noisy to wake up the neighbors. The coffee it produces has a very nice crema and the taste is strong and full bodied and rich. For me, it tastes better than most coffee shop's espressos. Two thumbs up!
