Coffee with your cigarette?

I get up every morning around 6am and slowly meander down the hall, turn on my coffee maker (a Breville ESP6 commercial espresso maker) to heat up the water, and roll myself a smoke.

Once the water is all heated up, I look forward to the whole ritual of filling up the filter cup holder with fresh Robert Harris coffee, tamping it down and screwing the cup into the machine. One turn of the expresso lever and the best fresh cup of coffee pours into my mug.

The aroma of a fresh cup of espresso is often better than the taste. But the entire experience remains a joy to my morning. Now, I am off the have that second smoke with my espresso.
