Bialetti Espresso Coffee Maker

If you're thinking of trying out a stovetop espresso maker, I recommend Bialetti. Italians prefer to use stovetop espresso makers to make homemade espresso, and they prefer to use Bialetti over other brands of stovetop espresso makers.

I, for one, use the 9 cup Bialetti Moka Express. I can fill a mug when I make espresso, and when I have company, I can share with them as well. It's made of very sturdy aluminum. It's very easy to use. Sure, it takes longer to make espresso with this, especially when I use low heat, but it makes great coffee. It's easy to clean, too. I just rinse it with water.

And another thing I noticed overtime is that the more I use it, the better the coffee tastes. This is probably the best item I spent $40 on.
