One time I bought a cheap coffee grinder for less than $10 and it did an awful job in grinding coffee.

I learned my lesson, because most cheap coffee grinder also uses cheap blade that does not do its job.

In my case, I was supposed to use the ground coffee for my percolator, but unfortunately the quality of grind was so bad, my percolator coffee turned out really bad.
