I will just shift to Cuisinart as the coffee maker is much better and the replacement parts are readily available

I used to be very loyal to krups. But I noticed that after some time, their products seem to have a domino effect on problems.

It starts out with a little problem, then it will develop to a bigger problem.

Like this unit, there were bubble all over the water level indicator, I was able to solve this my filling the machine all the way up and running the water through, but eventually I gave up.

I now have to fill my carafe with the amount of water I want and then into the machine.

I too, found the carafe to be thin, but am okay with it now.The carafe is also a problem as the coffee spills all over the floor everytime I pour coffee.

Also, the replacement parts are a nightmare to order.

I will just shift to Cuisinart as the coffee maker is much better and the replacement parts are readily available.
