I should have ordered a Cuisinart coffee maker instead

I am very dissapointed with this machine and I should have bought other coffee machines.

First of all, I ordered this product and the frother isn't included.

A store keeper from the online store told me just to order another unit, keep the frother and return the Nespresso Machine.

Once again, no frother and two machines. SO, I had to return both and was told that this product with description would be removed, yet here it is again for the same price with the same vague wording in the description.

This machine sucks, I should have ordered a Cuisinart coffee maker instead. The Cuisinart service is the best I have experienced so far.

The unit is really easy to clean, and the coffee doesnt drip all over the floor. The taste of the coffee comes out great too!
