Compared to my Hamilton Beach Coffee maker, getting hamilton beach replacement part is very hard to get

I got this Nespresso coffee machine as a gift from my wife last Christmans. I was really happy to have this because I have been dreaming of having this for a very long time.

Back then our morning routine for making coffee has been to brew a pot of coffee, heat milk in the microwave, and froth by hand in a stainless steel frother.

Needless to say, there are lots of steps and lots of items for the dishwasher, but we love our morning coffee. The Nespresso was a hit right out of the box.

It is so simple to use, the milk froths better than anything we've ever done by hand, the espresso is divine.

It is like getting an espresso from starbucks everyday. Also, when I had a problem with a part that needs to be replaced, I just ordered though phone and in a couple of days, I already got my replacement part.

Compared to my Hamilton Beach Coffee maker, getting hamilton beach replacement part is very hard to get. I have tried calling their office, and I have to follow it up every other day just to get my replacement part.
