In this Food and Beverage Marketing Training segment, we will like to share about using Chatbot for Customer Engagement, a Skillsfuture class that we are conducting in ITE East College.

In this using Chatbot for your Business, a curriculum in the ITE Skillsfuture Framework (Entrepreneurship 101). You will learn about using chatbot, messenger to bring in new customer to your F&B business and to encourage return customers

The food and beverage industry in Singapore is very competitive, acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers to not just profit but survival. To do that, F&B in Singapore employed a whole arsenal of marketing tools to help them.

One of them that many are experimenting: Chatbot. 

In this SkillsFuture Class organised by ITE East College, we will not just talk about it, participants will get to launch their own reservation (yes people can reserve and book a slot for your restaurant) and even launch their own F&B marketing campaign. 

This is a skills centric class, where we will learn how to structure and execute activities focused on growing your Food and beverage business. 

What you will learn: 

  • Setting up your location based bot
  • Setting up reservation platform
  • Setting up your marketing campaign on bot 
  • Setting up your voucher redemption on bot 

What you will get from this class: 

  • A working bot-let on a foodie community with more than 300 K fans 
  • A working reservation platform that you can deployed for ordering of your food and beverages 
  • A working voucher redemption module that you can execute to acquire new customers or woo back existing customers. 

Requirement for this class: 

  • Content about your business 
  • Images of your business 
  • Images of your food and beverages
  • Some campaigns on your previous F&B marketing campaigns.
