David's background is in the Food & Beverage Industry, where he focusses on productivity based initiatives. Having worked with numerous local companies across various projects, he mainly works with medium to large local SMEs looking to attain scalability and growth through the optimization and standardization of processes.
Formerly a Consultant with
Singapore Productivity Centre, which is the government endorsed competency
centre for the food industry, he also brings a wealth of experience in aligning
productivity initiatives with SPRING's Industry Transformation Map and
Capability Development Grant (CDG).
A graduate of the prestigous Culinary Institute
of America, where he pursued his Bachelors of Professional Studies (BPS) in
Culinary Arts Management and is a professionally trained Chef. Prior to that,
he graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Hospitality &
Tourism, specializing in Culinary Arts.
