Why it is that my braun coffee maker filters cannot filter away the sediments

Why it is that my braun coffee maker filters cannot filter away the sediments, I don’t know why but with regards to the coffee filter of my parents who are also using braun, the coffee filter really works.

This is my problem, I know that braun is one of the best coffee machine in the market today and having a problem like this is one in a million.

I am thinking that maybe the problem is with my coffee maker and not the filter, maybe there are some parts that are not fitting so that this is happening.

I just hope I find it soon. Anyone have similar problem?
