I have been a loyal Krups user for a very long time until I bought this unit and was completely dissapointed with this.

It makes fair coffee, but the espresso it makes is a lukewarm espresso, which is not acceptable because i need a hot espresso.

The handle on the espresso pot broke off after approximately 12 uses.

Also, note that his unit does not have an automatic shut off.

I think I will just shift to delonghi coffee maker as my sister recommends, she has been using delonghi coffee maker for a very long time and is very happy with its performance.

She did not even experienced a single problem with it.
