not the best coffee maker around

I am very disappointed with the after sales support of this coffee maker.

For now I have been waiting for like 4 months for the replacement carafe of this coffee make and also the lid which broke when I took the item out of the box.

Parts come from China and customer service is clueless about when they will arrive.

Unbelievable waste of my money since I haven't been able to use it.

I wont buy another product from this company again, easily not the best coffee maker around.
