My coffee burr grinder at home which is a Delonghi is one of the best coffee grinders in the world.

I have always used delonghi all these years because I have found their after sales service to be very good. (note: I used a melitta coffee maker though)

I once had an experience of having a defective delonghi coffee grinder after 2 months of usage and I called up their customer service, and without any more investigation, they asked me to send over the old grinder and they replaced it instantly with a new one.

That is the kind of service that I really like, they are a really committed brand.
