just buy a different brand of coffee makers

I hate this coffee machine because since day 1, I have had so many problems with this unit.

I was hoping that I got the perfect coffee maker, but I was mistaken.

We didn't immediately notice the leaking onto the counter from the bottom of the machine, now the counter top has a bulge from being wet for so long and the leak is only getting worse. The customer service offered no help.

They referred us to a website that didn't even offer the replacement tank.

Dont buy this machine, it is just a waste of money, just buy a different brand of coffee makers.
