I Switched From Bunn Coffee Makers To Zojirushi

by Paul
(Australia)

Zojirushi EC-BD15

Zojirushi EC-BD15

After my old Bunn Coffeemaker broke down I decided to see if there are any coffee makers out there that I can buy as a replacement. I am so glad that I did.

I bought a Zojirushi EC-BD15. It had all the features that I was looking for: a large capacity, automatic shutoff, pause and serve, programmable timer, and an unbreakable carafe.

It does not have a warming plate, but we drink a lot of coffee in our house a lot so it doesn't last in the carafe that long.

However, I was pleased to find out that the carafe keeps the coffee hot even without a warming plate.

I do not know up to how long, but even if you leave it sitting for an hour or so, the coffee is still hot. Cleaning is a breeze, too. The filter basket and even the container where you put the filter basket can be removed separately.

Anyway, I'm really satisfied with my new coffeemaker. I'm really happy I made the switch.
