I should have purchased that small nameless coffee maker

From the first look of it, you would think that this is a great looking fancy coffee maker that would make a great cup of coffee.

After just 7 months of owning this machine, it totally broke down. I contacted Delonghi to see if it was covered under the warranty.

Sadly, the operator told me that it was not covered by the warranty.

I had to take it to one of their authorized repair facilities to get it fixed.

I have been without the coffee maker for 1 month now and they still don't know when they will get the parts from Delonghi.

This machine is terrible and I should have purchased that small nameless coffee maker I saw in the mall, maybe that one would have worked better than this unit.
