I guess I will just stick with my coffee french press for now

I loved the review of this product and bought it because of its special brew pause feature. But I was wrong about purchasing this product, I just wasted money.

The "brew pause" feature doesn't work. After numerous problems with coffee dripping on the hot plate when I tried to pour a cup of coffee mid cycle, I went to read ths product book.

It mentions the "brew pause" feature but states "we recommend allowing the brewing cycle to finish before pouring the finished coffee."

So I am really confused with what this machine does. I am very much disappointed with this machine. I guess I will just stick with my coffee french press for now.
