I find it dangerous to find second hand coffee roaster for sale.

The reason behind this is that you are not sure if this is still in good condition, and as you know roasting coffee requires electricity of heat, it is dangerous to use this if the unit is already defective.

I have had some coffee enthusiast friends who have bought second hand roasters and their machine overheated at home which almost caused them a fire.

So if you need a roaster, I suggest buying a brand new one just to be safe and avoid any danger at home.
