I am looking for an espresso machine used by a baristas -any recommendation?

But I am leaning towards a suggestion by my friend that I use an espresso machine that is really good and this is the La Pavoni espresso machine.

I have been using an automatic espresso machine and the problem that I have been having with this machine is that I cannot control the level of espresso that I am having.

With the La Pavoni, it contains a lever that can control the level of espresso and the coffee comes out much better when used in this machine.

The problem about this machine is that it is a bit on the expensive side and I have to save up to really get this machine and it is a lot more expensive than most of the automatic espresso machines in the market today.

I am still learning how to use this espresso machine and I am happy that I have bought it.

I am thinking also about giving my sister a pavoni in her coming birthday.
