Buy some other espresso machine maker instead of this

For the third time in my life, I tried replacing this machine with the same model, and the handle broke off 3 consecutive times also.

My wife tired to call the krups office and was asking for a replacement and they asked us to fax our receipt.

We faxed in the receipt showing that the machine was less than a month old. After a couple of months, still no replacement has been delivered to our house.

I am very disappointed! We emailed Krups a week ago but they haven't responded. Buy some other espresso machine maker instead of this.
