I was looking for a great valued and great performing coffee machine that I would get to use at office.

The DeLonghi design was really interesting and it also makes 14 cups as a bonus. The enclosed design and limited black parts/buttons really makes the stainless steel stand out.

The blue backlit LCD display are perfect for my countertop and my other machine at home also has the same color of LCD.

Its controls are very user friendly which is a good thing. It has an alarm when the brewing is done (like a microwave sound) which is fine with me, but it repeats every 15 minutes (3 more times) which seems senseless, some may or may not get annoyed with that.

As for the coffee taste after brewing coffee, it was a big difference from what I have been enjoying for the past decade!

It does have a water filter which is a nice feature also.
