It has been noted that there is an increase in the sales of single serve coffee machine. I wonder if it is because of the increase in couples also splitting up.

The number of couples who are legally separated and divorce have increased. Is that the reason why the single serve coffee machine are now so popular these days?

If it is, it is no longer surprising. Of course, everybody does not want to waste anything and that includes brewed coffee.

Plus the fact that having a single cup coffee machine reminds you less and less that you used to have a partner in life that shares a coffee with you in the morning or whenever.
