What? Kraft is selling to Sara Lee?

The economy is really recovering. First, you have Kraft wanting to buy Calbury. Then, you have Sara Lee wanting to sell its Household products.

Now, Kraft wants to sell its coffee (maxwell house) to Sara Lee so that they can perhaps get more money to buy Calbury.

And I guess after selling its household products, Sara Lee would have some spare cash to buy Coffee from Kraft.:)

At the time of this writing, everything is still fluid, nothing is confirmed. But, like they said "no smoke without fire", something must be going on, we just do not know what at the moment...
