This machine works best if you use coffee lavazza

I must say that this is one good coffee maker. Handling and using this coffee maker is very easy.

I did not even have to read the manual. It fits my kitchen counter very nicely too.

The only problem I've had is that the strongest setting is still weak (if you like coffee about as strong as your local coffee shop).

As a result, I've had to set it on 10 cups but only add 8 cups of water to get it right. If I have company and need to have a full pot of 10 I add extra grounds to the the filter to compensate.

I hope they would be able to fix this problem. This machine works best if you use coffee lavazza.
