Looking For Coffee Machine Suppliers

Another year has passed by and as part of my task as a Purchasing Officer in the office I need to scout for several coffee machine suppliers and get quotations on coffee machines to supply the coffee at the building where I work.

This is big money for those who will be chosen because each floor has a pantry where the employees eat and an office coffee maker is needed per pantry.

If we have 53 floors, excluding the ground floor, you can just imagine how many coffee machines we need.

The coffee machine suppliers that will be chosen will be the one who will give us the lowest bid. So I am sure it is going to be pretty exciting especially during bidding season.

I am sure all the coffee machine suppliers will give the lowest bid possible.
