I bought one time the filters from a coffee shop to be able to replace my filter, I believed I was purchasing the actual filters made by Braun itself.

Instead, I was sent an low class product that does not function really well and I did not like it, that does not function as well as the original.

The filter actually floats inside my coffeemaker when I add water and has caused my coffeemaker to not work correctly.

It now drips and sputters. Next time, I will purchase the brand product from the manufacturer of a real commercial coffee product.
