Coffee: In my life forever, but never in my mouth, please.
(The Woodlands, TX, USA)
I have always been around coffee. Enjoyed the scent in the grocery, specialty or donut store. But I never drank it. Oh, I suppose back in my teens, I took a sip just to prove it to confirm that I wouldn't like it. It's funny, my parents were the type who would drink it throughout the day. Yet, my two brothers, two sisters and I have never taken a liking to it. Guess we didn't inherit the "coffee gene". Still, I have made it numerous times in the past while working at different jobs and occasionally for my husband when he is home on the weekends.
Goes to show that *everyone's* life has been touched by coffee ... and it doesn't have to burn.
