Another benefits of coffee -stop cancer growth!

by chee leng
(singapore)

I think the ability of coffee being able to stop cancer growth have been around for some time. But, this time round, it came with conclusive evidence.

Some researcher led by Kang Sang Soo from Korea found using animals as experiments that caffeine in coffee repressed the growth of insitol trisphosphate receptor (IP3R) that is closely linked to gliblastoma which is according to them the most aggressive type of brain tumor found in human.

I would not go into the details of the research because we all interested in coffee and not how the tumor affected us human beings.

You must be wondering about the number of cups of coffee that you have to take in order for this to work right? Well, it is not a lot -2-5 cups.

Most of us would be drinking this amount anyway. Imagine, going to Starbucks is akin to getting medicine for your cancer -isn't that a nice thought?
