How to make cafe style hot chocolate with Milo?
A popular question by mummy is how to make cafe style hot chocolate with just Milo powder. They hope to make the hot chocolate that is shown in the image below.
And in this video, a skilful barista will show us step by step how to achieve that (complete with latte art!).
Making hot chocolate at home for non coffee drinker, a delicious kids friendly beverage.
What you would need:
✅ 25gm milo powder for 6oz cup.
✅ Fresh milk (whole milk).
✅ Soup spoon (roundish spoon).
- Mix with hot milk and stir
- Stir until shiny
- Then only pour in hot milk.
Tips: If it is too sweet, lower the Milo powder dosage, to make it sweeter, simply increase the Milo powder dosage.
