Born from the heart of an espresso lover and inventor who wants to make espresso right from the comfort of his home with minimum gadgets to make delicious espresso. 

With 30 years of engineering experience in the biomedical industry, Sergio Landau applied to the development of the Flair.

In 2017 Sergio Landau managed to successfully eliminate all the complexity in high-end espresso machines and simplify with an elegant and affordable product with the purpose to make delicious espresso with simplicity.

Flair Signature

The Flair Espresso Maker is fully mechanical without the need for electricity to operate with zero waste of coffee pods. You add boiling water to the brewing cylinder that sits atop a portafilter filled with freshly ground beans.

The boiling water is then forced into contact with the fresh grounds by lowering the manual lever, between 9-16 BAR pressure, similar to premium coffee extraction.

You get a delicious, professional-quality double shot espresso with thick layers of crema on top and cleaning is extremely simple with the removable brewing head.

OCM ( was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).
