What is Coffee
Aroma & Flavors?

Coffee's scent is known as "aroma." Fresh coffee has a much stronger aroma than old coffee due to the release of flavor components into the air when it is freshly ground.

Blends of flavors in coffee generate a wide range of sensations. There are several variables that affect the flavor profile of a cup of coffee, such as the type and blend of beans used, the roasting process, and preparation method.

A cup of coffee is enhanced by each of these elements during preparation and drinking.

Different coffees and roasts have distinct aromas and flavors. Most people's enjoyment of coffee is influenced by its aroma and flavor. Coffee's aroma and flavor can also be described as floral, fruity, smoky, and herbaceous, among other things.

The fragrance properties are altered by roasting. Spice and herb characteristics are preserved in lighter roasts, but heavier roasts bring out the smokey, burnt notes while also lowering the acidity.

Coffee can be improved by adding flavoring. You can better match your cup of joe with the perfect food, occasion, or time of day if you're familiar with the various flavors.

French vanilla and hazelnut are two of the most popular flavors in coffee, that are most widely accepted?

Experiments with Coffee Flavor .Whether you're a coffee novice or a seasoned connoisseur, these are some of the most popular flavors.

  • A Taste of Heaven: The Vanilla Bean
French Vanilla is the most widely used flavoring in the coffee industry. Comforting and calming. As a result, even those with the most powerful palates find it too much to handle. Because of these characteristics, vanilla is an ideal complement to coffee's more powerful and strong flavor.

  • Peppermint
Drinking cold brew in the summer calls for the seasonal blend. In the summer, the low-profile design is ideal. When it comes to flavor, peppermint is nothing short of potent! Using it carelessly could lead to a disastrous outcome.

  • Hazelnut
Its sweet, buttery flavor and nutty aroma make hazelnuts a popular choice for desserts. Cocktails are likely to contain it because it pairs nicely with vanilla and chocolate.

The nutty flavor of coffee complements the hazelnut wonderfully. The drink has a strong flavor, but it's light and refreshing.

About US | OCM Profile

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).

In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:
