What is Pour Over Coffee?

Pour-over, simply means pouring hot water manually over the coffee beans with a special reusable filter, different from the drip filter.

The advantage of pour-over, you can manage the coffee strength and less fuss of cleaning the pots.

There are good pour-over coffee makers available.
