Is Drinking Coffee First Thing
In The Morning Bad?

To put it conservatively, 80% of the population drinks coffee...

Mornings always feel unique to those of us who don't start the day off with a good night's sleep. I look forward to my coffee in the morning, whether it's black or tan.

I've always loved my coffee. Every day I start my day with a nice cup of cold brew coffee. You have, haven't you? So I went to see what other people had to say about it.

Health experts advise against starting the day with coffee on an empty stomach.

According to a recent report by registered dietician Carlyn Rosenbloom, drinking coffee early in the morning may reduce the chance of successful ovulation, cause weight gain, and change hormonal balance, which can harm your gut health, and your weight as well.

Although it may sound silly, a cup of coffee has a measurable effect on the chemical levels in your brain, it makes you happy on an operational basis.

One of the main points is to moderate caffeine intake. Drinking a moderate amount of coffee is shown to be beneficial, but drinking excessive amounts is linked to anxiety and stress.

Coffee provided all the benefits listed above, as well as some new ones. Recent dietary guidelines state that three to five cups of coffee a day can be part of a healthy diet and are linked to reduced risk of liver, breast, and prostate cancer, and of course, as well as improved function and mental clarity, and, but also possible protection from diabetes.

About US | OCM Profile

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).

In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:

OCM's Events: F&B Industry events by or with OCM

Check out this restaurant marketing guide to learn more about the many campaigns and companies we have worked with.

Since then, we have also created many marketing workshops and classes for the F&B industry. Many of these modules are still running in tertiary institutions such as Temasek Polytechnic Skillsfuture Academy and also ITE College East COC classes, below are some snippets of our lectures and workshops:
