How To Reset Miele Coffee Machine?
To activate the distance mode, press and hold the power button three times. Now, all you have to do is press and hold until service mode appears. When you exit the go-to logo position, scroll to the right and click on continuously come up. This will force it to go all the way up. It's not doing it perfectly, but the point is that if you can make it go continuously up and down and then return to position, you're done.
Degrease and clean the brew unit
The display will read "Degrease the brew unit" after 200 portions have been dispensed. This message will be delayed until the brew unit has been thoroughly cleaned.
To degrease the brew unit, 1 Miele cleaning tablet is required. The procedure should take no more than ten minutes.
Once the cleaning process begins, it is irreversible. The procedure must be carried out completely.
- Select "Maintenance" from the main menu, followed by "Degrease the brew unit."
- Adhere to the instructions displayed on-screen.
- When the message "Insert a cleaning tablet into the ground coffee chute and close it" appears on the display.
- Remove the coffee chute cover and lift the coffee chute lid. Add a cleaning tablet to the coffee chute. Adhere to the on-screen instructions.
When the "Process completed" message appears on the display, the brew unit has been degreased.
