How To Clean Nespresso
Delonghi Machine

De' Longhi made its coffee machine debut in 1993 with a pump model, followed by the introduction of the world's first super-automatic machine, Magnifica, in 2003. The technological advancements of the machines piqued the interest of consumers and others. In 2004, a ground-breaking agreement with Nespresso was signed for the distribution of capsule coffee machines.

To make a Latte Macchiato in a tall glass, simply lift the foldable drip tray. By turning the regulator knob left or right, you can adjust the texture of the milk froth. After a few seconds, the preparation begins and ends automatically. It is critical to remove the used Nespresso capsule following each use and not to leave it in the extraction system.

It is also critical to rinse the system thoroughly following each milk-based preparation.

  • Position a container beneath the milk outlet.
  • Turn the milk regulator knob all the way to the «CLEAN» position. The machine begins to rinse. It automatically terminates after 15 seconds.
  • After rinsing, replace the milk froth regulator knob in the milk position.
  • Remove the milk container from the machine and set it aside in the refrigerator, shut the steam connector door.
  • Every two days, disassemble the Rapid Cappuccino System 02:51 and thoroughly clean all components in a dishwasher's upper level.
  • Remove the lid from the milk container. Remove the milk froth regulator knob. Pull it up by turning it to the "REMOVE" position. Disconnect the connector for the Rapid Cappuccino System by changing the lock from 'LOCK' to 'UNLOCK' and yanking it off. Pull the milk spout off. Unplug the milk aspiration tube.

In the absence of a dishwasher, carefully rinse away any milk residue from all components with fresh drinking water. Soak all components in warm water (approximately 40° C or 104° F) for at least 30 minutes, together with soap detergent. Rinse them thoroughly with clean drinking water and pat them dry with a clean damp cloth.

About US | OCM Profile

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).

In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:
