The milk system will produce both hot and cold milk as well as hot and cold milk foam, allowing you to expand your beverage selection. As an option, a flavor station can be added.

It is essential to clean your workplace coffee machine properly for both hygiene and taste reasons. Soiled accessories can have a detrimental effect on the machine's functionality and the quality of the beverages produced.

The automatic cleaning process involves cleaning the coffee machine, the cooling unit.

  • Inner surfaces of the cooling chamber
  • Inner side of the door and lip seal
  • Milk container, milk container lid,
  • Suction hose and fittings, reversible adapters (SU12 only), bean and powder hoppers.

Incorrect cleaning of the brewing unit in the dishwasher can damage the unit. The automatic cleaning process involves cleaning the coffee machine and cleaning the cooling unit. 

Other areas to be cleaned:

  • Inner surfaces of the cooling chamber
  • The inner side of the door and lip seal
  • Milk container and milk container lid
  • Milk suction hose, suction fitting
  • Reversible adapters (SU12 only)
  • Bean hopper and powder hoppers
  • Remove coarse dirt with a cleaning brush or brush
  • Soak the parts in hot water and a mild cleaner for a few minutes.
  • Wash the parts.
  • Rinse the parts thoroughly.
  • Dry the parts.
