If you cannot imagine starting the day without a cup of coffee ...
The amount of coffee you consume throughout the rest of the day varies. If you often wonder what proportion of caffeine consumption is ‘safe’ – and what the optimal intake of caffeine should be.
Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine, approximately the number of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee every day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. To have a healthy heart and a healthy sign, limit your coffees to fewer than six cups every day.
Published within the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the research found that drinking six or more coffees every day can increase your risk of heart disease by up to 22%. The research verified UK Biobank data of 347,077 participants aged 37–73 to return to those conclusions.
Despite these findings pointing to the benefits of drinking 3–4 cups every day the review still concluded that coffee consumption was more often associated with benefit than harm for a spread of health outcomes across exposures.
It indicated the foremost important relative risk reduction at intakes of 3–4 cups every day versus none, including all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, and disorder.

Questions not about coffee (but important to coffee)
OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).
In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:

Check out this restaurant marketing guide to learn more about the many campaigns and companies we have worked with.
Since then, we have also created many marketing workshops and classes for the F&B industry. Many of these modules are still running in tertiary institutions such as Temasek Polytechnic Skillsfuture Academy and also ITE College East COC classes, below are some snippets of our lectures and workshops:
