More Caffeine?
It's a fairly difficult question to answer.
Most of the time, cold brews are made differently by different people and that makes all things rather confusing. Some people prefer a high concentration, while some enjoy it more diluted.
So far, there are no definite conclusive studies on this question, but looking at the caffeine measurements of different cold brews as reference.

Chameleon Cold-Brew RTD Coffee 10 fluid ounces 270 mg caffeine
Starbucks Cold Brew Coffee 16 fluid ounces 200 mg caffeine
Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee 10.5 fluid ounces 279 mg caffeine

Generally, cold brew coffee has a little less caffeine than hot coffee, however, the Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee is pretty high too.
As It’s very difficult to accurately guess about caffeine in different cold brew coffee drinks, it’s probably better to assume that a cold brew drink has an approximately equal amount of caffeine as a similarly-sized hot coffee drink.
